MarginFix delivers fixed fee marketing audits as described on the pricing page. Scope, fee and timeline are confirmed in writing before kickoff. Your audit is delivered within 5-7 working days after kickoff and receipt of all agreed access and inputs. We confirm your delivery date in writing. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Dates and deadlines use New York time unless your engagement states otherwise. All fees are quoted and payable in USD.

The findings guarantee referenced across this site is a contractual term, not marketing copy. MarginFix guarantees identification of no less than the Guaranteed Amount for the purchased tier, $10,000 (Diagnostic Check), $25,000 (Strategic Audit) or $50,000 (Audit + Sprint), in quantified, actionable margin improvements or cost savings, as documented in the delivered report. Each finding states a dollar impact and an implementation step. If the delivered report identifies less than the Guaranteed Amount, you receive a full refund of all fees paid for the engagement on request within 14 days of the readout, processed to the original payment method within 5 business days, and the delivered report remains yours. Identified impact is calculated from your own data and documented per finding; the guarantee covers identification, not the outcome of implementation.

The guarantee applies when the data access specified at kickoff is granted within 2 business days of kickoff. If access is delayed, the delivery window and the guarantee extend accordingly rather than lapse. The mechanics (trigger, evidence standard and payout path) are also stated on the pricing page and apply as written there at the time of booking.

Please report factual or calculation issues within 5 working days after report delivery. We correct errors without additional charge. This review window does not reduce your separate 14 day findings guarantee or your statutory rights.

The Audit + Sprint tier is billed in two parts: $2,950 due at booking and $3,000 due upon delivery of the audit report, charged to the payment method on file per the consent given at booking. If the engagement is canceled before delivery, the booking fee is refundable per the standard refund policy and the delivery fee is not charged. A guarantee refund after delivery covers both payments in full.

Cancel before work starts and every fee you paid is refunded in full. After work has started, we charge only for documented completed work at the milestones and rates agreed before kickoff, capped at the contracted fee, and refund any unearned prepaid balance. For Audit + Sprint, canceling before the report is delivered means the delivery installment is not charged, as stated above. If MarginFix cannot complete the engagement, the undelivered portion is refunded, and the full fee if no usable agreed deliverable can be supplied. The findings guarantee is unaffected by this clause.

100% of audit fees actually paid and not refunded may be applied as a credit toward an implementation engagement booked within 30 days of report delivery. The credit is one use, not transferable, has no cash value, and expires at the end of the 30 day window. The Diagnostic Check fee may alternatively be credited toward a Strategic Audit within the same window.

You warrant that you are authorized to grant access to the data provided and that it is materially accurate. Timelines pause while agreed data access is unavailable.

Both parties keep nonpublic information confidential; an NDA is signed before data is shared. The delivered report is yours. Our methodology, agent architecture and frameworks remain ours.

Recommendations are provided in good faith based on data made available; implementation decisions and results remain your responsibility. Aggregate liability is capped at the fee paid for the engagement.

Where documents overlap, they apply in this order: the Data Processing Agreement for personal data; the NDA for confidentiality; the signed engagement for scope, fees, dates and any express variations; and these terms, as accepted at purchase, for everything else. Conflicts between documents are resolved explicitly, in writing, before signature.
