MarginFix began as Cristian Bragau's own audit practice, Cristian Daniel Bragau PFA, registered in Romania as a sole trader in December 2022. Every audit in our library, all 74 published audits, was contracted through that practice between 2024 and 2026, with Cristian leading some himself and independent senior auditors running the rest under his review. In June 2026 the practice became a company, MARGIN FIX AI S.R.L. The New York address is a mailbox, not an office. The team works from the United States and Europe. DEC 2022 The practice Cristian Bragau registers his practice as a Romanian sole trader, Cristian Daniel Bragau PFA. From 2024 it audits marketing spend against margin, by hand at first: consulting frameworks, spreadsheets, late nights. Every client contracts with his practice. 2025 The Orchestrator 37 specialized agents take the volume; seven senior human gates keep the judgment. 5 to 7 working day delivery becomes standard. JUN 2026 The company The practice becomes a company, MARGIN FIX AI S.R.L., and marginfix.ai launches.
